Create a new PIN and confirm it
What should I do if my phone is lost or stolen?
If your phone is lost or stolen:
Immediately contact your mobile network provider to block your SIM card
Contact OPay customer support to temporarily freeze your account
Once you have a new phone, you can reactivate your account by verifying your identity

How long does a transfer take?
Transfers to other OPay users are instant. Transfers to bank accounts typically take a few minutes but may take up to 24 hours depending on the bank.
What is the transaction limit?
Transaction limits vary based on your account verification level:
Basic Account: ₦50,000 daily limit
Verified Account: ₦300,000 daily limit
Premium Account: ₦1,000,000 daily limit
